How do I add courses after changing an employee position on 'tasklearn'

                                                             

You have just changed an employee position e.g from a Forecourt attendant to Cashier. The next step is to assign the right courses to that employee. 
NB: Changing an employee's position does not automatically assign them to the relevant courses for the new position

Please take note of  the following concepts we use for completing this task:
  1. FUTURENT JOBS - Refers to grouped courses e.g all Cashier courses, all Forecourt Attendant courses
  2. USERS - refers to registered employees
  3. POSITION - Refers to the employee's job title e.g  Cashier or Forecourt Attendant
To add the correct courses follow these steps :
  1. Click on FUTURENT JOBS on the HOME screen page



  1.  Click on the new JOB of the user from the list e.g. “Forecourt Attendant



  1. In the list of users in that Job, search for the user you want to assign to the new JOB



  1. On the right of the user’s name, click on the corresponding NO to assign the JOB to that user



  1. The NO will turn into a YES, and the relevant courses for that JOB will be assigned to the user


  1. Repeat with other JOBS if you had more than one user you need to change or add a new JOB for.
