How do I complete my courses using an Android device (Phone/tablet)

At this stage, you have completed the process of downloading the eFront App to your device and you want to start completing your online course.
If you have not downloaded the eFront app to your device please refer to this article " How do I get the e-learning app on an Android mobile device?"

Follow these steps to start completing your courses or modules :
  1. Tap on the eFRONT app on your home screen



  1. Enter the DOMAIN NAME and tap on NEXT

  1. Below is a list of all 'tasklearn' Domain names, choose the Domain that belongs to your oil company to access your 'tasklearn' login page:
    1. AFGRI - afgriretail.futurent.efrontlearning.com
    2. ASTRON ENERGY- astronenergy.futurent.efrontlearning.com
    3. BP - bp.futurent.efrontlearning.com
    4. ENGEN - engine.futurent.efrontlearning.com 
    5. HINTERLAND FUELS - hinterlandfuels.futurent.efrontlearning.com
    6. HINTERLAND RETAIL - hinterlandretail.futurent.efrontlearning.com
    7. MBT - mbt.futurent.efrontlearning.com
    8. SASOL - sasol.futurent.efrontlearning.com
    9. SHELL - shell.futurent.efrontlearning.com
    10. TOTALENERGIES - total.futurent.efrontlearning.com
    11. UNBRANDED SITES - tasklearn.futurent.efrontlearning.com
    12. VIVA - viva.futurent.efrontlearning.com
    13. ZANRAY - zanray.futurent.efrontlearning.com

  1. Type in your eFront username and password you received when you registered for ‘tasklearn' and tap on SIGN IN


  1. The COURSES page with a list of courses assigned to you will open
  2. Tap on any module to open and start training












  1. Tap on the three dots on the top right corner, and a pop-up selection option will appear at the bottom of the page
  2. Tap on DOWNLOAD ALL CONTENT FOR OFFLINE USE this will sync all units and download relevant videos or document within the units


  1. Tap on unit A)THEORY: WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW? or 
  2. Tap on the START COURSE button at the bottom to start completing a course 
  3. All units A), B), C), and D) must be completed sequentially, however you can go back to completed units
  4. The purpose of the FEEDBACK unit is to provide you with a platform to give feedback on and score the module


  1. Work through the unit and tap on COMPLETE AND CONTINUE


  1. All completed courses will have a green line below the course and a green tick
  2. Progress within a course is shown with an orange line below the course


  1. To sign out, tap on the PROFILE icon at the bottom right corner


  1. Tap on SIGN OUT


  1. Employees can sign out even if they were busy with a course and another person can log in without any progress being lost
