How do I remove employees that no longer work on site?
NB: You can only remove employees through the Branch Admin Profile. The login details are separate from your learner profile login details.
You can only log in on a laptop or desktop to access the Branch Admin profile.
Do you have employees that need to be removed on 'tasklearn' due to the following reasons:
The employee has resigned or has been dismissed.
The employee has taken leave that will last for more than a month.
The employee has been transferred to a different site.
Please take note of the following concept used for completing this task:
ARCHIVE - refers to the act of removing an employee.
To remove an employee, follow these steps:
Click on USERS on the HOME screen page.
A list of all registered employees will open.
You can search for the employee you want to delete in the search box at the bottom if it doesn't appear on the first page.
Click on the DUST BIN icon under operations to archive/ remove the employee.
A pop-up message to confirm your action will appear.
Click on ARCHIVE.
The archived employee(s) will no longer appear on the System training report.
