How to complete an inspection using an iOS device

This article will direct you on how to start and complete an inspection using your device (iOS/ iPad).

If your device is offline or doesn't have an internet connection, any inspection progress will be stored on the device, until the device is online or has an internet connection again to be synced. 
Note that the mobile app is focused on completing inspections easily and therefore does not have all the features that are available on the web app.

Start an Inspection
  1. Open the MITTI app.

  1. Tap INSPECTIONS at the bottom of the screen.

  1. Select the TEMPLATES tab at the top of your screen.

  1. Tap the template and select START INSPECTION from the pop-up options.

  1. Complete the questions accordingly and take note of any required questions, which can be identified by an asterisk and a red line next to the question label.
  2. Tap NEXT at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next page.

  1. Once you reach the end of the inspection, write your name under the FINAL SIGNITURE AND ACCEPTANCE section and tap on the SIGNATURE icon to sign.
  2. Tap COMPLETE INSPECTION.

  1. Tap VIEW & EXPORT REPORT if you want to download the inspection report or tap SAVE & CLOSE.
