How to complete an inspection using the Web app
Start an inspection
- Log in to the web app by using this link: https://app.safetyculture.com
- Use the login details provided to you by FUTURENT to log in
- A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as you login for the first time, please open the email and follow the given instructions.
- If you do not see an email on your inbox click RESEND CONFIMATION EMAIL at the top right corner of the screen
- Select TEMPLATES from the menu on the left-hand side
- If you've bookmarked the template, you can also start an inspection by clicking the template on the DASHBOARD page
- Click START INSPECTION on the template's right-hand side
- Progress through the inspection accordingly and take note of any required questions, which can be identified by an ASTERISK and a REDLINE next to the question label
- Click NEXT
- Once you reach the end of the inspection, initial your name under the FINAL SIGNATURE AND ACCEPTANCE section
- Click ADD SIGNATURE to sign with an online signature or saved signature
- Click COMPLETE INSPECTION
- In the pop-up window, click VIEW & EXPORT REPORT if you want to download the inspection report or click SAVE AND CLOSE
