How to manage employee access on tasklearn?

You can manage your employees by utilizing the BRANCH ADMIN FUNCTION


 The BRANCH ADMIN ACCESS FUNCTION will allow you to:

  • Add and remove staff
  • Draw your own reports
  • Review individual progress
  • Change staff details on their profiles i.e. Job title from Cleaner to Food Handler etc.
  • Have access to completed Certificates of staff (Cashier & Forecourt Certificates currently)

A few things to know about the Branch Admin function:

  • The login details are separate from your Learner profile login details
  • You can only log in on a laptop or desktop with these credentials
  • You cannot reset the progress of learners' modules, please contact our support if you require this to be done
