How to view & export inspection reports as a PDF or word file

Exporting your inspection as a PDF  allows you to share professional-looking reports with stakeholders as soon as you complete inspections out on-site.

Export an inspection as a PDF:

1. Log in to the web app: https://app.safetyculture.com/
   
2. Select Inspections from the menu on the left-hand side and tick the box next to each inspection you wish to export
   

1. To export/download the inspection report as PDF click on the drop-down arrow next to PDF at the bottom of the page
